What is Freshman Council?
Freshman Council is a part of the Texas State University Student Government and focuses on creating a fun and exciting learning environment for Texas State freshmen who are interested in serving their fellow Bobcats. The Freshman Council prepares each class for future service in Student Government and Texas State University.

What will I do as a Freshman Council Member?
As a Freshman Council member you will put on programs to support Student Government, and the university through events such as; Freshman Council Tailgate and Quad Days. As representatives of the Freshmen Class you will work with your peers to write petitions that are submitted for action to the Student Body President.
